Join us for Vlasic Vinyasa, a rejuvenating Sunday wellness experience led by Dejha Mae at NuWu. This guided vinyasa flow is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect through mindful movement, breath, and music.

Set in our open-air courtyard, this session offers a laid-back, welcoming environment for all experience levels. Whether you’re looking to stretch, unwind, or simply try something new, this is the perfect way to ease into your Sunday.
