High Vibes New Moon Flow: An Elevated Yoga Experience

Led by Adriana Lee and Daria Marsh of Solstice Yoga and powered by Fleur Cannabis, this special New Moon gathering brings together mindful movement, community, and cannabis culture in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Arrive early for a laid-back pre-class social sesh where you can mingle, connect, and settle into the vibe before rolling out your mat.
The class will feature a VinYin-style yoga practice inspired by the balancing energy of the Libra New Moon. VinYin combines energizing movement and flowing sequences during the first portion of class with slower, longer-held restorative poses to help you unwind and reset.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this beginner-friendly experience invites you to breathe, stretch, move, and enjoy the moment at your own pace.
